Charlotte Tilbury – Instant Look In A Palette Beauty Glow
When I found this palette online the first thing that caught my eye was how nice the colours are. Usually, I find that there are sometimes a few colours in a palette that I know I will never use. Upon using this palette I was really impressed with how gorgeous each of the shades are. The second thing that caught my attention was how perfect this palette is for travel. I always struggle to travel lightly but this will help to save space when packing cosmetics. This palette fits in the palm of my hand, yet the size of each pan is still adequate.
This is marketed as a ‘5-minute face on the go’ palette. I feel this is achievable and this palette provides everything you need, so you save time searching through your collection for different products. I also find this the perfect all in one palette. Whether you are on holiday or simply want to transform your makeup from day to a night time look, just keep this in your bag!
Inside the palette are seven different pans. They are all numbered and each state where you use the product on your face and what the product does. I love that if you use the whole palette you have a full face of makeup in one palette. Or you can use a couple of the items and create a really nice natural look.
1. Eye » Brighten
This shade is a gorgeous, shimmery, very subtle pink. Really nice on it’s own or as a base.
2. Eye » Enhance
This shadow is a deeper, warmer shade than the first colour. It is a shimmery champagne shade that adds dimension to the eyelid. These shadows could be worn on their own or you can use the next shade to define the eye.
3. Eye » Smoke
This is a matte taupe shade, it has a very smooth formula and is very pigmented. You can use it lightly to define the eye or create a deeper smokey eye.
4. Face » Bronze
This bronzer is defined by Charlotte Tilbury as an all skin tone bronze colour. Personally, I’m not quite sure if this would work for everyone. When I swatch this the products looks quite light but it does make a very nice natural bronze look. Maybe this is better for an everyday quick look rather than a more sculpted night time look. I have found I still tend to use my Benefit Hoola bronzer as i find it quicker to apply it and it’s a bit darker.
5. Cheek » Swish
This blush is a tea rose shade, it is really easy to blend out creating a nice healthy glow.
6. Cheek » Pop
This blush is more of a pure pink compared to the previous one. This shade creates a nice natural glow.
7. Face » Highlight
This highlighter is described as Candlelight for the skin by Charlotte Tilbury. It is a really nice natural highlight. The other ones I own are really pigmented and it is obvious you are wearing it. Whereas this is just enough to create a pop without it being obvious.
When I first used the palette I was really impressed with the quality and pigmentation of the shades. The formula of the products are really smooth and easy to apply and blend. I have found that the shades last all day without have to retouch. There are a couple of different versions of this palette and they cost £49. I believe this is a fair price point for a high-end brand. When you consider that you are getting a whole face of products in one palette this is actually a really good price. Overall I am pleased with this product and definitely will be trying more from Charlotte Tilbury in future.
Have you tried any Charlotte Tilbury products? Will you be purchasing this one in future?

Really enjoyed reading your post on the Charlotte Tilbury palette! I absolutely love my one and after looking at your photos I really want the Beauty Glow palette but think it is very similar to my Natural Beauty one! x
Thanks for reading Victoria! I’m glad you enjoyed it. Maybe worth picking up once you have finished the Natural Beauty one! xx
I think I might get it soon. I thought that Beauty Glow was just the same as Natural Beauty but after seeing your photos I can tell that they are slightly different! I love the fact that you show the swatches in natural light as it makes it so much easier to see what the shades look like xx
I always try and take the images so you can see them in their truest form – Even those in the swatches the shades look better in person! The camera doesn’t quite pick up the undertones! xx
I’ve had my eye on this palette, it looks so pretty and convenient. I would love to try Charlotte Tilbury products.

I highly recommend trying their products! I am impressed with them – having wondered so long what the hype what about xx
I’ve wanted this palette for a while but I’m just not sure how it would translate with my darker skin. I do love their Dolce Vita palette though.

Totally agree with you Hannah! My skin is light/medium and the bronzer is very almost skin tone shade for me. Great for a natural bronze look but I can’t see how it is an all skin tone bronzer as they claim. My mum doesn’t wear makeup but as a guess, I would say she would match a MAC NW45 – way darker than me haha – I might ask her to try it and see how it looks! xx
I have seen so many people talking about this palette, it is meant to be amazing!! thanks for sharing an in-depth review anyway!
