On boxing day I was browsing through online sales, having previously worked in retail i have seen how retailers ship in items specially for them to be ‘reduced’ and it makes you wonder if you are actually getting a good deal? Whenever I purchase from the sales, I look for things that I know have been full-price previously/or something I had my eye on. I find this attitude helps me not waste money, specifically, I am not buying something just for the sake of it being marked up as ‘reduced’ or ‘sale’. Eventually, I came across Victoria’s Secret Semi Annual Sale, I have seen this alot in the past from American bloggers and You-tuber’s. VS opened physical stores in the UK a couple of years ago, I mainly enjoy purchasing their body sprays and butters etc. In the past year i have bought five or six bras from their sale in-store and being completely honest I am not really someone that enjoys searching through the sale bins, I find it alot nicer to browse through online. This time I thought I would stock up on panties/knickers whatever you like to call them. VS sale was 7 for £25 making them £3.56 each! I had to take advantage. At first, I chose 7 pairs then realised it was £8 for international shipping, but if you spend £50 shipping is free. So of course i ordered 15 pairs taking the total order to £53.40. I believe VS underwear are around £9.00 full price, which would have been £135 originally.
