This was such a strange day knowing that we were going to be saying goodbye tomorrow. Today we would be visiting Niagara Falls and then heading to a campsite for the last time altogether.

We asked our leader if we could all have Chipotle for lunch. It was really nice because we started the second half of the trip by getting Chipotle together. I opted to have a bowl this time, as it was so difficult to eat before – I made a mess ? . This is a really great option if you aren’t feeling overly hungry.
Niagara Falls
We parked up and walked down to Niagara Falls. A bit of a walk but a great way to see it as you get a few different views first and then, finally you get to Niagara Falls. This is somewhere that you definitely have to see for yourself. The pictures just don’t fully portray the experience of being here. I wish we had more time so that we could have crossed the border to Canada.
Hard Rock Cafe | Niagara Falls, USA
We all had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. Does anyone else think their food isn’t all that and a little overpriced for what it is? Anyways..the cocktails were pretty good. ?
Maid of the Mist | Niagara Falls
I’m not ashamed to admit that I was mostly excited for the Maid of the Mist because of the scene in Bruce Almighty – gets me everytime ?
Me and Anna decided to be sensible and not stand right where you get wet – curly hair problems.
We all had to run to the boat as we almost missed our time slot and it was the last trip of the day. But look how beautiful it was at sunset, definitely worth the sprint ? ?
Grand Island KOA
Of course we finished the trip at a KOA campsite ? I’m not sponsored I promise! If you are planning a USA trip, i would highly suggest checking out KOA prices, you probably will find you could save quite a bit rather than booking hotels. Also, they have locations across the whole of the US, i’m sure we could have done our trip using only them.
Our final night camping, such a strange feeling after having done this with most of these people for the past 6 weeks. What better way to end than sitting around the fire and all sharing a bottle of Jägermeister?!
Tomorrow is our last day of the tour, most of the day will be spent getting us back to the hotel in Newark. Right back where we started. How did 6 weeks go that quick?!
