Summer Bronze Glow Makeup | Anastasia Glow Kit

June 23, 2017 in beauty

The weather has been absolutely gorgeous here in the UK and I’ve been thinking about my favourite summer products. So I thought I would share with you my favourite product for creating a summer bronze glow makeup look. Whether you are getting inspiration for an upcoming holiday or just want to add something special to your makeup, the Anastasia Glow Kit has what you are looking for.

Anastasia Glow Kit – Gleam

If, like me you are late to jump on the bandwagon with makeup trends or are nervous to spend money on something you may never use, I will give you the lowdown on the Anastasia Glow Kit. The colours are highly pigmented, I have had this palette for around a year and you can see that I still have alot of use left in it. The colours are versatile, you can use them will any makeup look that your create. The pans are magnetic, on multiple holidays I take a couple and put them into another palette to try and save space.

The Glow Kits are available in a couple of different variations. I would recommend looking at all of the editions before making a decision on which to purchase. The palette costs £39 – definitely not cheap but you are getting a gorgeous, long lasting product. Considering there are four different colours and has lasted over a year, I definitely would be happy to repurchase!

On a daily basis I tend to use starburst and crushed pearl to create a natural glow. I used to contour everyday but now prefer to apply only blush and highlight. For creating a summer bronze glow makeup look for night time I would definitely use hard candy or mimosa. Hard candy is a gorgeous colour for a night time look as it reflects its pink undertone colour in different lighting. Mimosa is amazing for a night time look or a highlight in daytime if on holiday. Apply a matte bronzer, my favourite is Hoola by Benefit and these highlights will pop!

Have you used any of the Anastasia Glow Kits – If so which is your favourite?

What is your favourite highlight product?

Ooooh this looks amazing! My friend has one of their highlighter palettes and she couldn’t stop going on about it tehe. It’s a shame that it is pretty pricey, but it sounds worth it!

This got me into highlighting, I didn’t do it before I had this haha! Yes I agree on the price, but it lasts for so long – You wouldn’t need to buy anything highlighter related for a very long time. Definitely worth checking online for discount codes or sales!
