My main goal this year is to start doing things I am interesting in trying but for whatever reason, never get round it. From activities, days out and restaurants, there are so many things I want to do and try, but never actually plan to do them. Last month I visited Rascal Bay Adventure Golf in Manston, Kent. I last played adventure golf at Center Parcs Elveden Forest back in April, you can read about my trip here.
Rascal Bay Adventure Golf – Manston, Kent
I have driven by Rascal Bay at Manston many times since they opened the adventure golf course, last month I decided to actually go and see what it is like. Upon arrival each member of your group needs to collect a mini golf putter, ball and your scoring card. You then proceed around the holes of the course, jotting down how many attempts if takes to do each hole. If you have never played before, the person with the lowest score wins.
The course at Rascal Bay is very impressive, it is the best themed adventure golf I have been to. The course features pirates, cannons, an octopus, snakes, skulls, a cannibal’s cooking pot, a crashed jeep, rocks, a volcano, dinosaurs, waterfalls, dinosaur eggs, a treasure chest, crocodiles and two rafts. I went with my sister who is 5 years old, there is enough to keep little ones entertained throughout the whole course. If you have been to a good course, preferably within the Kent area, leave a comment below!
