Change Your Life | Law Of Attraction

I have been thinking alot about my life recently and what is to come in the future. Most importantly what is possible for me to achieve. The truth is, I am able to achieve anything if I put my mind to it. Nothing is off-limits, as long as I persist and continuously learn to become better. What makes this clear is looking back at what I have already achieved. As a few examples, I never thought I would go to university, I didn’t think I would be able to get onto a graduate scheme and I never thought I would have a blog and an audience to share my voice with. Each of these things happened because I made a choice, of which have brought me to where I am today.

I love the idea of the law of attraction. In the sense that changing our thoughts and mindset will enable us to attract things we want. I believe it is training you to think in a certain way which will encourage you to make the decisions that get you closer to where you want to be.

Have you ever had one of those days where everything is going wrong and things progressively get worse? This is the outcome of your negative mindset. It is so easy to find yourself stuck in this cycle. But the whole situation could be completely different if you altered your mindset.


I recently read a free eBook which teaches you how to change your mindset. I found it when browsing the free kindle self-help books. The purpose of the book is to show the reader how to train their subconscious mind and think positively in order to establish opportunities and achieve success. I found the concept behind the book really interesting. Maybe we do have alot more control on our lives that we sometimes feel. I believe a negative mindset and overthinking are sometimes the biggest contributor to our problems. Most of the time we worry about something that has not even happened yet or a situation we have created in our own head. Have you ever been really nervous about something but once it is done you think, that wasn’t as bad as I imagined it would be. That is proof right there that our mind and thoughts will tell us something is going to be worse than it actually is.

Changing the way you think is a process, it definitely will not happen overnight. Also, you wont suddenly be positive all the time. But acknowledging that you have more power over your thoughts than maybe you first thought is a great start.

    This was a cool little post. I haven’t thought of those things in that way before. I think of it as you pay you bills because if you don’t you’ll go into debt. But also thinking of it in a positive way to pay those bills for example is really beneficial.

    I read The Secret about two years ago and have been trying to implement it as much as I can and I am finding it quite hard to shift my mindset. This was a great read and I feel like I want to hit refresh on my life and just try harder because it really does effect your mood. Thank you for sharing xxx

    Love this post! I’m a HUGE believer in the Law of Attraction (like attracts like, thoughts attract things)! I’ll definitely be checking out the e book! The book called “The Secret” is a very worthwhile book if you wanted to learn more about the Law of Attraction 🙂

    I don’t know of any self help books, but I notice when I start to feel like I’m in over my head and I take steps to change my mindset. I know when I’m organized, and I have a plan- I’m happier. I will make an effort to put a new plan in place and follow it. I know it’s me who had to get myself out of the funk and I have to work for it.
