I am always wondering if I am making right the choices. If I did things differently would I be in a better position or closer to where I want to be. Sometimes I feel behind having not gotten married or had children yet and still living at home. At the same time I am only 24 and have lots of time to do these things. I start thinking about everything when I see people that have already achieved the things that I want in future, some are younger than I am. Truth is we are always comparing ourselves to other people, consciously or not. As the quote explains perfectly, some people may seem ahead and some may seem behind you. But we are all running our own race and you can’t compare your progression to someone else.
It is important that we remember not to compare our paths with others. All of our lives are different and we will experience things at different times. Everything happens for a reason and things seem to happen at the perfect time. There is no right or wrong we just have to trust our instincts and make sure our actions point us in the direction of where we want to be. We get so caught up in planning the future that we forget just to enjoy the present moment.
Trust the timing of your life, everything will happen at the right moment. Stop worrying and focus on living in the present.
